How we're helping seniors in Lake Mills
We believe that life is a journey filled with opportunities for growth, connection, and joy. Together, we empower seniors to embrace new experiences and create meaningful memories.
The Lake Mills Senior Center is a welcoming community for adults age 55 and over in Lake Mills, Wisconsin. As a volunteer-run, 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, we are dedicated to supporting healthy aging by creating opportunities for connection, activity, and community involvement.
Daily, weekly, and monthly programming is designed to help members stay active, involved, and connected. Our morning Coffee Cafe offers a spot to drop in and enjoy coffee, conversation or work on the community puzzle. Members and guests also enjoy our lending library of books and puzzles, as well as access to our no-cost American Heart Association Blood Pressure Kiosk.
Our structured programming includes:
Exercise classes such as yoga and seated exercise
Card Making and other craft classes
Favorite card games such as euchre, sheepshead, canasta, and cribbage
Activities encouraging fitness--Morning Walking Club and our seasonal Kayaking Club
Ongoing scheduled educational lectures and guest speakers
At Club 55, we believe aging well means staying connected, continuing to learn, and enjoying meaningful experiences with others. Whether you are looking for friendship, fun, enrichment, or a place to belong, you are welcome here.
